You can run a report to see how much time users spend completing their eLearning courses. This report shows completion dates and time spent on course activities, helping you track learner engagement.

⚠️Important: You'll need Insights Report access. If you don’t have access, raise a support case to request it.

The report will show course time data for the users you oversee.

  1. Sign in to the platform.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Click eLFY Reports.

  4. Click Course Times.

  5. From the top filters, choose the site or course you want to filter the report by. You can select from both filters if required.

📌Note: The report updates automatically when you change the filters.

Additional information

  • The date range in this report is based on when a user started a course.

  • If a course is manually reset (not part of a renewal), only the questions and answers are kept. For renewals, all data is cleared, and the new start date applies.

  • This report can’t be changed to show a user’s full course history, as it would affect all organisations using it.

  • Some courses may not appear in the report or may have incomplete data due to differences in course formats.
