Managers and admins can easily send eLearning certificates directly to users through the Admin Tool, provided the users have a valid email address associated with their account and have completed the eLearning courses fully. Follow the steps below to find out how.
From the Admin Tool, click Employees.
Search for the user, and click on the name when it appears.
Click Training, then Certificates.
Click Email All.
