Courses have disappeared

In this article, we explain what to do if all your courses are missing from your account.

If your courses are no longer showing on your account please reach out to your system administrator or line manager to advise them of this. If you are an entitled account contact, please provide details through the Digital Assistant so we can investigate this for you.

Please include the below details;

  • The courses that are missing

  • The certificates that are missing

  • Which users are missing courses and certificates
