The vents calendar helps you easily browse, filter, and manage upcoming training sessions, workshops, and other scheduled activities. Whether you're looking for specific event types, venues, or availability, the event calendar gives you the flexibility to tailor your view to your needs.
Calendar view
All staff can access the event calendar. Follow the steps below to view and filter available events.
Sign in to the platform.
Click Events.
In the top right corner, select from year, month, week, list, or calendar view.
On the left side, click Event type and click on the event you'd like to appear in the list. You can leave this filter blank to include all event types.
On the left side, click Venue and click on the venue you'd like to appear in the list. You can leave this filter blank to include all venues.
On the left side, you can also choose the following filters: Show all, Available, Invite only, Event full.
Show all: All events, regardless of the status, will be displayed.
Available: Events that aren't full, and by invite-only will be displayed. Appears blue on the calendar.
Invite only: Events that require an invite will be displayed. Appears yellow on the calendar.
Event full: Events that are fully booked will be displayed. Appears grey on the calendar.
Editor cog
Only system administrators with certain permissions can access the events editor. If you require access, please raise a new support case with a request.
Sign in to the platform.
Click Events.
Click on the cog icon
The list that appears is a list of all events past and present. There are a couple of ways you can filter and sort the event list.
Click the column title to sort in chronological order or by A-Z. Click the column title a second time to sort in the reverse order.
On the left, click Filter to reveal a list of filters. You can filter the list view by selecting Time Period, organiser, Trainer, or Venue.
