You have five attempts to enter the correct login credentials. For security reasons, your account will be locked for 30 minutes after a failed fifth attempt.

Wait 30 minutes for your account to unlock automatically, or contact your manager or admin if you need it unlocked sooner.

πŸ€“Tip: Before you reset your password, check you're using your verified email address as your username. If you're unsure, your manager or admin can do this.

Unlock an account

If you're a manager or admin with access to the Admin Tool, you can check if a user's account is locked and unlock it. Follow the steps below to do this.

  1. From the Admin Tool, click Employees.

  2. Search the user and click their name when it appears.

  3. Scroll down and click User Details.

  4. Mark the boxes next to each security question, then click next.

  5. Click on Click here to unlock.

Reset your password

Once your account is unlocked, the best thing to do is to reset your password.
