Reports unavailable or not loading

In this article, we explain what to do if your reports are unavailable, failing to load, or showing an error message.

If a report won’t load, try these steps first;

  1. Refresh the page or reload the report by selecting it again.

  2. If it still doesn’t load, clear your cache and browsing history, then sign out and back into your account before trying again.

  3. Wait a few minutes. Network delays can cause slower loading times.

  4. Check other reports in the drop-down menu to see if the issue affects just one report or multiple.

If your reports are still unavailable, not loading, or showing an error message, please raise a new support case and reference the title of this article. To help us investigate, include the following details:

  • Who is experiencing the issue.

  • The name of the report affected.

  • A description of the issue

  • A screenshot of the error message if available.
