When a course renews, users will automatically receive a message in their console messages tab, usually 4 weeks before it's due to be completed. User's can access these messages by signing in and clicking on the Messages tab.
⚠️Warning: When checking your messages, pay attention to when the message or course renewal reminder was sent. Some time may have passed between the reminder being sent and you reading it, which means you may have already completed the course by the time you see it.
If they have our app on a mobile device or tablet and have app notifications enabled, they'll receive pop-up notifications when courses are due.
They can also receive email notifications if you have them enabled.
